What is the best way for portion control? ?

I think my biggest problem with my diet is the fact that my portions are out of control.

I know what a healthy portion is, but when I eat a healthy portion I always find myself hungry like two hours later.

How long would it take to get myself used to a small portion?

Anyone else done this before?

Any tips?

I bought myself a Japanese bento (lunch) box, its very tiny. I thought that might help a little.

    I think the bento box is a great idea!

    I usually eat things that give me a lot of volume but not a lot of calories….such as popcorn, salad, fruit, fiber crackers, etc.

    I would also try drinking a cup of water, maybe flavored, before and after you eat to make you feel full faster. It will definitely take a while to get used to if you are used to eating big portions.

    I would try eating lots of small meals throughout the day so that you feel like you are always eating. Thats the healthiest way to eat anyways.
